Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information connected with our website and chauffeur transportation services.

Effective and Last Updated: August 20, 2026

Crystal Limo Group INC (“Crystal Limo Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices when you visit crystal-limo.com, request a quote, inquire about or reserve chauffeur transportation, call us, or otherwise communicate with us.

Section 01

Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to personal information collected through our website, our online quote and booking forms, telephone communications, and communications related to the chauffeur and ground transportation services we provide.

It does not apply to websites, applications, or services operated by third parties that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Section 02

Information We Collect

Information you provide

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact information: your name, telephone number, email address, and preferred method of contact.
  • Trip and reservation information: requested service, pickup and drop-off addresses, airport, date, time, passenger count, flight number, stops, luggage information, child-seat requests, preferred vehicle, and other instructions you choose to provide.
  • Communications: messages, questions, quote requests, feedback, and records of communications with our team.
  • Customer and transaction records: reservation status, service history, quoted or charged amounts, payment status, and related business records.
  • Information about another passenger: if you arrange transportation for someone else, you may provide that person’s name, contact details, and itinerary. You should provide this information only when you are authorized to do so.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website, our web server, hosting provider, or security tools may automatically record limited technical information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, access times, and security or error logs.

Payment information

Our current online quote form does not request payment-card details. Please do not place card numbers, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a free-text message or trip-notes field. If a third-party payment provider is used, that provider may process payment information under its own privacy policy, while we may receive transaction confirmation and limited billing records.

Location information: Pickup and drop-off addresses may reveal precise location information. We use trip locations only as reasonably necessary to quote, coordinate, provide, support, secure, and document the transportation service, and to meet applicable legal obligations.
Section 03

Sources of Information

We may receive personal information:

  • Directly from you through forms, telephone calls, email, text messages, or other communications.
  • From a person or organization arranging transportation for you, such as a family member, employer, executive assistant, travel coordinator, hotel, or event organizer.
  • Automatically from your browser, device, and our website hosting or security systems.
  • From service providers that support reservations, communications, payments, website operations, fraud prevention, or customer service.
Section 04

How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare transportation quotes.
  • Confirm, coordinate, modify, and provide requested rides and chauffeur services.
  • Communicate about pickup instructions, schedule changes, vehicle details, service updates, and customer support.
  • Match the requested service with an appropriate vehicle and chauffeur.
  • Process or document transactions and maintain business, accounting, tax, and service records.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services.
  • Protect customers, chauffeurs, our business, and the public; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and comply with laws, regulations, court orders, and lawful government requests.
  • Carry out another purpose that we disclose when the information is collected or that you authorize.
Section 05

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary in the following circumstances:

  • Assigned chauffeurs and operations personnel: to provide and coordinate the requested transportation.
  • Service providers and contractors: such as website hosting, maintenance, communications, customer support, payment, accounting, and security providers that process information on our behalf.
  • Travel organizers: when an employer, assistant, family member, agency, hotel, or event organizer arranged the service, we may provide appropriate reservation or service-status information to that organizer.
  • Legal and safety disclosures: when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, prevent fraud, respond to an emergency, or enforce an agreement.
  • Business transactions: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of a business, subject to appropriate protections.
  • With your direction or consent: when you ask or authorize us to disclose information.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by California privacy law.

Section 06

Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for site functionality, form security, preferences, fraud prevention, and performance. Hosting and security providers may also maintain technical logs as part of operating and protecting the website.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect certain website features.

California Do Not Track disclosure

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for responding to legacy DNT signals, our website does not currently change its operation in response to those signals. We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information through our website over time and across unrelated websites for their own targeted advertising purposes.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, an opt-out is not currently necessary for those activities. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and honor legally required browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, where applicable.

Section 07

Data Retention and Security

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, responding to inquiries, maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the reason it was collected.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Section 08

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the website. Transportation for a minor must be arranged by a parent, legal guardian, or another authorized adult. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, please contact us so we can review and address the request.

Section 09

Your Choices and Requests

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information that you submitted to us. You may also update reservation details by contacting our team. We may need to retain certain information to complete a requested service, protect safety and security, maintain required records, or comply with law.

If we send promotional email or text messages in the future, you may opt out using the instructions in the message or by contacting us. Service-related communications about an active quote or reservation are not promotional messages.

To submit a privacy request, use our Contact page, call +1 (818) 482-9106, or write to the mailing address in the Contact Us section below.

Section 10

California Privacy Rights

California residents may have privacy rights under applicable California law. Depending on the law and whether it applies to our business and the information involved, these rights may include the right to:

  • Know or access the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you.
  • Know the categories of sources, business purposes, and categories of recipients associated with that information.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not currently sell or share personal information as described above.
  • Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information. We use trip-location information only for the limited purposes described in this Policy.
  • Receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising an applicable privacy right.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your information before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and verification of the consumer’s identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Section 12

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional notice on the website or by another appropriate method.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. The effective date of this version is August 20, 2026.
